A small team of engineers moved through the federal government in weeks and proved something we would rather have proved ourselves: that a handful of people with current tooling can outpace an institution running at the speed of its own approval process.
We have adopted the finding and declined the application. Same method, pointed at the people trying to win elections rather than at the agencies they will inherit.

The rest of this site is not a bit. DemDevs is a network of volunteer software developers who build custom tools for Democratic candidates and political organizations, free, because uncompensated work by an individual is not a campaign contribution and nobody here is paid.
The reason for the joke is that the underlying point is real and irritating: the other side worked out first that speed is cheap now. Doing something about that is more useful than being annoyed about it.
